Is rent recived frm residcy Hsg soc. And Maintenance charges paid to socity. will Gst apply?
HSG socty need to get Gstn no?

As rent is pd is on residential apartment no GST is applicable.

And if maitenance PD

Yes. It's residential then GST is not applicable in your case....
