Rent agreement between designated partner of the llp and the llp

Is there a requirement for the LLP to enter into a rent agreement with its own Designated Partner to use the premises of that DP? If not, what compliance will be required to be done to furnish such address as an 'Address Proof'?

no need of any agreement....but a NOC is required for the same.
NOC along with the address proof in the name of designated partner should be fine
