Remuneration of managing director

Dear Freind

there is no such limitation or rules regarding payment of remunaration to MD in case of Pvt Ltd

A director is  representing itself in Professional capacity and there is no such amount fixed for any Professional in Pvt Ltd as much as amount can company affort can pay to MD.

It does not made any difference wether a director is whole time or part time or he is a director in a 2 or 3 or more companies.
