Remuneration of executive directors

As per the provisions of Companies Act 2013, executive Director means the whole time Director of teh Company and the provisions applicable to the remuneration to managing director under section 197 of teh Companies Act 2013 shall also applicable to the whole time director of the Company. there is no such difference in the remuneration of managing director and teh whole time director
