Remuneration of executive directors
I would like to know the details regarding the remuneration for the executive directors and the difference in remuneration of executive and managing directors.

As per the provisions of Companies Act 2013, executive Director means the whole time Director of teh Company and the provisions applicable to the remuneration to managing director under section 197 of teh Companies Act 2013 shall also applicable to the whole time director of the Company. there is no such difference in the remuneration of managing director and teh whole time director
