Whether any limit prescribed in companies act for payment of remunaration to director in private limited company? can director of private limited co. get remunaration from three or four private limited co?

There is no restriction on Director of pvt co to get remuneration.............All the provision related to managerial remuneration are only applicable to Public Co.........
Contrary views are solicited.....

Sch. XIII is not applicable to Pvt. companies, hence there is no limit on extent of directors' remuneration.
