Dear experts please guide me,
in an LLP there are two partners with equal share of profits, now one of the partner to be removed from llp and another one to be added in his place , can you please tell me what are the procedures and implications.

Prepare supplementary LLP agreement for change in partners and file Form LLP 4 and LLP 3 linked forms with ROC
