My employer has treated the relocation expense reimbursed as my income in form 16
how can I claim exemption of that
can I directly take take it in ITR ....if yes then there will be mismatch with form 16
please let me know the solution

Yes you can take the exemption under sec 10 .
Relocation and joining expense depending upon the nature of relocation.
