Relevance of b.com with mou institutes

Hey, everyone. 

Could you please help me out with the following query? 

The B.Com degree that is provided by BU and IGNOU are designed for CA students. IGNOU degree is known as B.Com (A&F). Will these degrees from the said institutions be relevant/useful if one wishes to do a different course not relating to finance, for example designing, etc.?
