i have a doubt ...if someone is a relative why can't their spouse be relative...????
2(41) relatives in relation to an individual includes husband , wife , brothers , sisters , any lineal ascendants ( father , grand father , great grand father ) and any lineal descendants ( son , great son , great grand son ) .
Sir if u are considering definition of relative under section 56 the spouse of brother, sister father and mother are also included in the definition. However section 2(41) does not expressively includes them
