Is any probability to get only half of the refund amount and tin NSDL website is showing as refund issued...
If so , what is the process to get complete refund?
Any one please guide with the above scenario...

There is no such criteria, of paying half of refund.
Once refund is due as per assessment order, it is paid fully.
It may not be as per ITR filed, and might have been reduced because of any extra tax liability.
Thank you sir for your reply but refund claimed was 7400 but refund credited is ₹ 3700/-
Check the Intimation u/s. 143(1), for any difference....
