Related to EPF
if we withdraw basic of Rs. 30000 month so how much maximum amount we can contribute in EPF as the same contribute by employer

If the basic salary is Rs.30000/-, maximum contribution one has to make is Rs.1800/- as their own contribution and Rs.1800/- by employer per month.
why 1800 and why not 3600? if 1800 so why?
