My one of the is from Philippines to whom i provide services and he was deduct my tds @ 30℅.
Now my company is loss making and i suffering from loss and i held lower deduction certificate. So now how i request him to deduct tds @ lower rate.
Any one have any consultant number for this same matter?

Now a days lower deduction certificate is directly provided to deductor. So, apply for the certificate with details about deductor; ITO will address the order directly to the deductor.
