Rejection of rectification of it return

I had missed considering HRA deduction as shown in Form 16 and had filled in Gross Salary while filing my original return for 2010-11. I recieved a claim for some Rs 24000 subsequently. I filed a recification request on reciept of the above claim which has since been rejected as per the website. I have not recieved any communication towards the same

Could some one help me out with details of what needs to be done?  Do I wait for some communication from the Dept??
