We are paying Loading & Unloading charges to the contractor on behalf of Food Corporation of India (FCI) and FCI reimburse the same. In this regards my queries are
1. Is TDS to be deducted u/s 194C by us or not
2. If we are paying to contractor, can we liablie to pay Service Tax under RCM
Expenses not debited to P & L account.
Also pl, inform can we pay more than 20000/- to contractor in a day
