Can anybody post me the check-list for regularisation of appointment of additional director (public Ltd. co.)
Pls. specify whether the following documents of the appointee are mandatory?
1) Consent letter
2) Form No. 24AA
3) Certificate u/s 274 (1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956

Hi,
The relevant section of regularization of additional director is section-257. With the approval of shareholders through ordinary resolution you may regularize your director in the AGM.
If you need shareholders’ resolution for regularization of additional director then let me know and give a reading to section-257.
None of the documents mentioned by you are mandatory to regularize additional director.
