Dear All,

The department has issued a Trade Notice 16/ST/2012 laying down the procedures and documents required for Central/ Single Registration. It is a very detailed list and requires Notarised affidavits, undertakings, blank cheque etc. I am seeking a centralised registration in Kolkata. Please advice whether all the documents as laid down in the TN is required and if no what are the important documents required for centralised registration. Thanks in anticipation of a quick reply.

Sir,

I understand your problems in this regard you have to fill the all information reagrding Trade Notice with their Annexures and all the rest procedding the same as well as Genral Service Tax Registration in the department.

ID Proof of Prop./Partner/Co.

Resi. Proof Prop./Partnr/Co.

Bank A/c Proof

Authorization Letter

Further in this regard another information required by you plz same forward.
