Registration under epf and esi
our employer wants to registration under epf and esi having 10 employees.seperately registration or common registration.where I have to registration, returns, monthly payments. please clarify.

EPF and ESI are two distinct statutory schemes that require separate, though often integrated, online registrations via the Shram Suvidha or MCA portals. PF is mandatory at 20+ employees and ESI at 10+ employees. You must file monthly returns and deposit contributions by the 15th of every month through their respective online portals.
