Hello I cleared IPCC , Now am in Final , I wanted to know , whether is it better to register for final now or later on?,,the reason  for my question is ----I need latest book for my final course ,applying Schedule VI in Accounts and the said changes,,,So, to get the latest book I need to register later Right?
