Registration query about sole proritership firm

Hello All,

 

I am planning to start the recruitment consultancy from home.  I am looking to open the curent account in bank. But almost in every bank the norms of registration is required. I wanted to know that what kind of registration is required for sole propritership firm for opening the current account what will be the legal formalities?

There is no registration of propritory business. In order to open an account in the name of business you need to obtain CA's certificate, format of the same will be provided by bank, please ask your banker for the same.

Please apply the PAN, then obtain certificate from CA then you are eligible to open a current account in the bank.
