i am dealing only in tax-free goods i.e kumkum bindi and my turnover has already exceeded 10lakhs rupees, is i am liable to get register in mvat, please guide me.

Yes, u need to register for MVAT.
If the sales exceeded the prescribed limit u must register, whether the sale is taxable or not (tax free sales) for registration proocess of MVAT, within 30 days from date of exceeding the turnover limit.
