Registration of moa & aoa

You have to file form MGT-14 with ROC

Dear Hitesh,

Articles of Association of the Company can be altered by adopting new set of articles by passing special resolution and filing form MGT-14 within 30 days from the date of general meeting as required under CA, 2013.

But there is confusion, can company do same cited above for adopting MOA as per CA, 2013 Since each clause of MOA requires differenct mode of approvals.
