Registration of dvat for civil construction works

you have to apply for DVAT Registration on the Home Page of DVAT website under the link "New Registration"; where you have to put required details and apply for PAN Verification.

You have to Put "REGULAR" option under type of dealer...

After PAN Verification, Application form would be filled online and requisite documents should be uploaded online.

List of documents required for DVAT Registration :-

1) PAN No. of the Proprietor/Partnership Firm/ Company (as the case may be).

2) Identity Proof of Proprietor/Partners/ Director of the company/ Authorized Signatory ( Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card. etc)

3) NOC of the landlord/ ownership proof/ Rent Agreement for the proof of principal place of business.

4) Bank account in the name of the Proprietorship Concern/ Partnership Firm/ COmpany ( as the case may be).

5) 1st purchase bill from the dealer registered under DVAT on Retail Invoice. 6) 1st Sale Bill with slip of courier or carriage ( Central Sale bill if you choose for central transaction will make; other wise local sale bill).

7) Latest paid electricity bill/ Telephone Bill.

8) Rubber stamp on the name of Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company with Address.

9) Rubber stamp on the name of Proprietorship Firm/ Partnership Firm/ Company for Director or Partner or Proprietor or Authorized Signatory as the case may be.

10) Payment shall be made online at the time of approval.

11) 4 Photograph of the proprietor or partner or director or Authorized Signatory ( as the case may be).

12) Detail of Additional place of business with all required documents.
