While registring Digital certificate in income tax website an error message comes stating that no email Id but email id is present in the digital signature in this case what to do

Check whether the email id on the signature and on the profile is the same.
If you are able to register ur digital signature on the website site then kindly inform me also. I have tried to register many times but am not successful till now. I get an error message the signature chain too short
i you have any solution for the above kindly respond.
