Registration failure on traces

Dear All,

      I recently booked a Flat and paid the TDS amount online ,I got the Challan for my payment and an email confirmation for the payment shown as below

Regular Statement for Acknowledgement Number XXXXXXX (this is just a dummy number I've put)  filed by you through TIN has been processed by Income Tax Department (ITD) u/s 200A and no defaults have been identified for this statement.

I tried registering in TRACES to download Form16B. I tried numerous times with correct information only but i'm getting response as Registration Failure on TRACES.

Can you please shed some light or help with this issue.
