Hello.....

I am working with an MNC in Mumbai, India, having 100% FDI. The company is 100% owned subsidiery of parent company. Parent company is in manufacturing of medical machineries in China. This subsidiery is providing marketing guidance to parent company & earning income. Now, this subsidiery is intending to sell spares for the medical machineries which are being manufactured by the parent company at China. Subsidiery also intend to provide AMC services to the end users of medical machineries which are being manufactured by parent company & are being sold in Indian market through the distributors.

Considering the low VAT structure in Delhi compared to Mumbai, subsidiery intends to open a branch office in Delhi.

I want to know ---

Which registrations are necessary to go ahead??

If registered office is in Mumbai, can we open a branch at Delhi & register it along with other registrations like VAT, Service Tax etc...??

What are the procedures to be followed if the Delhi branch provides services in other states..??
