I have doing two types business in same state in different name but pan number is same so I will migrate two business name in same pan or one name? please suggest me .

There is no need to migrate to the same name. You can use one PAN for both the businesses. If you take exemption or avail composition levy based on aggregate turnover; turnover of both the businesses are required to added.
