Registration

hie frndzz .. i am sneha i am gng to appear ipcc in this nov 2014 . actually this is my third attempt i decided to write only one group but my mother had paid for both groups . but i am not writing second group so my question is in next attempt i have to newly pay the registration fees for second group or i have not attended so it may nit be counted as an attempt and new registration is not necessary???
