Registering a dsc on mca

Dear Colleagues

I have been trying to register the DSC of a proposed director of a company. However, the 'select certificate' icon does not work at all. I have tried calling MCA and they suggest a number of 'Java' programs to be downloaded. Well, we have downloaded eveything that was available on the website being optimistically hopeful. Could anyone 'specifically' suggest what exactly is required rather than sharing a link from MCA website.

Hopefully, someday I will have those 'heavenly' softwares that MCA is using by myself.

Thanks for specifically pointing out the JAVA utility required.

MCA has issues with browsers ( The same issues in filing the forms offline ), & yes you need a java upgrade.

it is ideal to use Internet Explorer apart from IE 8 , try the IE 6 Hope this helps you .

This issue is related to java please reinstall java.

Same problem wth me also. even after getting java ka latest version 8 ..I am unable to select certificate. java is hopeless

U need to install your token software in your system then after you can select your dsc. Better to try this in internet explorer

Please see the security settings java should be medium and not high for the DSC to work and donot upgrade java to higher version and this is what we did in our office when we faced the same problem try accordingly if not then please do take edp persons help

Go control panel-java-security add exception side www.mca.gov.in

then restart system it should work

Select the thi link "prerequisite software for efiling" on mca portal Select java icon Uninstall previous version For uploading eforms we need to select latest version And for updation of dcs 1.6.0.30 version required.
