Register sarvajanik ganpati mandal itr forms

Hello,

I want to know if any sarvajanik ganpati mandal register in charity commissioner and having PAN no in AOP the which ITR to be filed and how ? and if total donation received is less then exp i.e. showing loss in particular year then should audit is compulsory?
