MY PRODUCT IS RECYCLE BIN PRODUCTS AND ITS DUTY EXEMPTED. FIRST TIME I FILLED SALES TAX RETURN . MY PRODUCTS IS ALSO DELIVERED IN DELHI AND OUT SIDE DELHI.MY TURNOVER SHOW WHICH RATE OF TAX IN RETURN( LOCAL SALE & INTERSTATE SALE).PLEASE SUGGEST ME.

Madam,
if u bill with in the state then it is Local Vat and If the material sent out of state or union territory then it attract Cst at reduced rate if the buyer is cst registered dealer and normal rate of vat in case the buyer is an unregistered dealer.
