Yes, option has to be filed before the Superintendent for each work conatract.
Sir, is there any specified format? If any please giude.....
No prescribed format. Write to the superintendent saying that you opt to pay service tax under Works contracts Composition Rules . Also specify the works contract. The option cannot be withdrawn until completion of the works contract
