Dear Sir,
I hold the shares in the name of my parents ,both of them are no more . We are three legal heirs to their properties .I have the registered wills of my both parent .These shares are in physical form.
Kindly,let me know the procedure in which we can distribute the shares between the legal heirs according to their wills.

This is the case of transmission of shares not transfer. Kindly send an intimation to the company along with all the supporting documents on the basis of which shares will be transmitted
True it is transmission of shares only. Submit copy of death certificate, legal heirship certificate, indemnity, affidavit as per formats specified by the company concerned along with kyc docs for getting shares transmitted in legal heirs favour.
If Transmission through Will Probate is required for activation of the Will. So along with all the documents as mentioned above Probate is also required to be submitted to the Company for Transmission.
