Regarding tax implications

Dear all,

 

We are planning to start business in india to sell laptops and other electonic products which is imported from america japan,china etc.

We are rented one warehouse in india and planned to sell the items to distributor from rented warehouse.

Please let me know the tax implications for sales.

whether taxes are exemted?

Please give the some suggestions.

Sir, You have need a tax consultant, whom are provided to you these consultancy i.e. Labour Law, Vat/CST Tax, Excise/Custom/Service Tax/ Export Import & Income tax and also various law applicable in your field.
