We have a flat on my brother's name. But house loan is on my brother and father's name jointly. Now I want to take tax benefit of that. I am planning to be join in the same home loan so that I can get 100% tax benefit as I will pay the entire home loan amount from now onward. What is the solution for this ? As I am not co-owner of flat , what should I do so that I can get entire 100% tax benefit of home loan that we are paying. Me and my brother both are unmarried.
