Can I request for the condonation period for issuing share certificate ..??
Because I got my company incorporated in Nov 2019 itself and skipped the issue of share certificate process.
Now penalties are also high..
is there any way to go out...??

According to my view you can't request for condonation of share certificate.
According to law within 2 months from date of incorporation if they are subscriber to the memorandum.
And in case of allotment within 2 months from the date of allotment.
Here I have assumed you are asking for subscriber so you can't skip from penalty.

Dear sir... share certificate can be issue..... however while making the stamp duty u need to pay penalty for number of dealy in issuing share certificate..... for further details pls cal 7204908392
