I have shop of money transfer and my turnover is exceeding the limit of 1Cr. My business is not registered too in gst so I don't have any invoice.
I mostly earn 15-2000 Rs in a month.
1) The amount which is deducting in form of TDS in 194 N ..will it be refunded.
2)it's not brokerage or commission then I will be liable for audit.
and if yes, thn how I will get audited if i don't have any invoice or any record except bank statement.
please discuss it with me.
How have you arrived at turnover above 1 crore
When you need to claim huge amount of TDS , it is imperative that you as a businessman keep everything in order.
