Regarding Renting of Truck to a Company for transport of goods

Sir, I have one own truck, and also I am taking the trucks from others and giving it to the company for the transportation of goods on rent.
It is liable to pay GST? If yes what is the rate of tax? Or do I need to pay on a tax RCM basis? Please clarify

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether GST is applicable when renting out one's own truck and additional trucks taken from others to a company for goods transportation. The user is seeking clarification on tax rates and if the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) needs to be considered. Expert advice suggests reviewing Section 22 of the GST Act and considering the scale of operations.

Follow provisions laid down in Sec 22 of GST ACT.
BUT IF IT IS ON A BIGGER SCALE YOU HV TO PROCEED.
Hi Shalini,

Are you giving truck on Hire basis or you are charging transportation cost from company?

Thanks
