Regarding pre-deposited amount in case of CTP

While obtaining Casual taxable registration I make a pre deposited amount of RS 5000, if the application is rejected by officer then how do I apply for the same refund amount?

Quick Summary
If your Casual Taxable Person (CTP) registration application is rejected after you've made a pre-deposit of RS 5000, you can apply for a refund. To do this, you'll need to submit an application to your Jurisdictional Tax Officer. Ensure you include your bank account details for the refund, the application reference number, and the rejection letter number.

Apply for the refund of the advance deposit to the Jurisdictional Tax Officer, with details of Bank account where the amount to be deposited. Mention the details of application reference number, along with the rejection letter no.
