I have a query regarding Online TDS demand Notice. I want to make this confirm, that is this must for us to deposit online demand notice amount or can because the demand of TDS is on very higher side. kinldy give me a proper reply on this, that what should i do ? I should go with it or can leave on assessment ?

first of all i will suggest you to make corrections in your tds return as far as possible so that you tds demand is reduced before your assessment is complete..... secondly, you can deposit your tds demand either online or through challan, there is absolutely no problem in doing this.
