Certificate of service kon sa attached karna hai jo may 20 me kiya tha ya new attached karna hai. please reply ASAP.

You will have to fill new Certificate of service which declares that your articlehip will get complete on or before 31st October.
Certificate which you filled in May 20 was for serving last six months of articleship.
