hi i have received from Income tax dept that my PAN card has been flagged for non filing of ITR for AY 2017-18.

as of now nothing can be done. wait till you receive 148 notice from the department

Yes, i have registered.
Log in to your account. Go to compliance portal from there. Select the AY for which you received notice. Check the compliance raised by IT dept. Give reasons if IT already filed. else file ITR.
