regarding itr
hlo frnds i want to file itr last 2 years 2016-17 and 2017_18 how much late fees we need to pay

For FY 2017-18..... depends upon income; it can be 1K or 10K; but in normal conditions you cannot file ITR of preceding years.
Fy 17-18 you can file the return before 31st march by paying late fee. but for fy 16-17 you cannot file now
First of all you can file return 2016-2017 now except you receive notice from department but you can file return 2017-2018 till 31st March, 2019 with late fees( Income up to Rs.5 lakh then Rs. 1000/- and more that Rs.5 lakh then Rs. 10,000)
