if the Acknowledgement of assessment year 2016-17 & 2017-18 shows as invalid return Due to not verify the return then what is the solution for a fresh acknowledgement.

Returns became invalid as you didn't verify.
This means you failed to file those returns.
However you can apply (physical application) to your jurisdictional AO under 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay for each assessment year with genuine reasons ( and not verifying is a genuine reason) and after it's approval you can file return for those Assessment years.
