I think Yes... It's also applicable to LLP.
No I dont think so, as LLPs are govern by their separate Act.As for the basic equirement for filing INC 22A that is the company has to be incorporated as on before 31.12.2017.And LLP is not a company which is incorporated under Companies Act,2013
I totally agree with @ shumayla ji , this form is not for LLP, it's only for companies not for LLP
