when i show the gst provisional id and password it shows only provisional id and in case of provisional password it shows not available and also on GST registration website it appears that your rc is cancelled hence you are not permissible to migrate.
l also send the mail on cbecmitra.helpdesk#icegate.gov.in
any reply not received from them
please give the solution for above

You have to send email from registered email id and then after 24 or 48 working hours, on ACES portal fresh id password will be generated. I have done the same and got fresh id & pwd.
