Regarding final exam eligibility

YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR NOV 14 ATTEMPT...AND YOUR FINAL ATTEMPT WOULD NOT BE AFFECT BY YOUR FAILURE IN GROUP 2.....

sir,
i cleared pcc in this attemt may 2012 result declared on 7 augest 2012.. i completed my articalship last year... but i am not registered in final course because i cleared pcc in this may 2012 attempt.. i want to give final exam in november 2012... if i send regestration form for regestration in final by post now it iwill take much time. and last date of filling of examination form is 27 augest 2012..  and regestation date is required to filling the form..
so tell me the procedure please????????
