i would like to know if a private limited company did not file the financial statements and annual returns for a continuos period of three years
(2011-2012,2012-2013,2013-2014)
from which date the directors of that company are disqualified and also till what time are they stand disqualified

The directors are disqualified wef the next day after the due date of the filing of financial statements or annual returns.
The disqualified directors will not be eligible to be appointed as directors of the defaulted company or any other company for a period of 5 years from the date on which the said company fails to do so.
The said rule is applicable from 1st April 2014.
so if company did not file for years 2011-2012,2012-2013,2013-2014.
can I know what is the due date for filing?
