Transporter (GTA) issues a Consignment note (CN).  Its also referred to as GR (Goods Receipt) or BILTI.

CN specifies name, address and GSTIN (if registered) of both Consignor (sender) and Consginee (receipient), nature/contents of goods, details of invoice/s, number of packages, gross weight, dimensions etc of the boxes and signature of person handing over goods & accepting the Conditions of carriage (usually printed on rear of CN).

There is scope to add multiple invoices from same sender (Consginor).

But I have not come across any Indian transporter alllowing Multiple Consignor to be named on a single Consignment note.

Even railways (issuing RR) and airlines (issuing AWB) will not permit this.

To summarize...you would have to get each Consignor to book separate shipments.
