Hi, one of clint sells fruits , he purchase the fruits from farmers and also merchants so purchase bill will not avaible how to show this in GSTR-3B.

if you have purchased from unregistered then there is law of reverse charge mechanism according to which you have to pay tax instead of supplier...But although this RCM over unregistered got hold so.....while questionnaire form before filing gstr 3b there is question of purchase from unregistered so .put this data in this box.
ok sir but at what rate of tax
there will be no tax liability.. nor you have any liability due to holding of rcm neither unregistered farmer have any liability due to non GST number holder.
