Refund Statement 03 error

I have downloaded latest Excel Utility today and created JSON file. But, error while uploading file "encounter Error while uploading file". I have tried to upload through 3 different browers IE, Crome n Opera but, still unable to upload. Pleas help me how solve this error.

And let me know from where to
download error report.

Please specify the error what you encountered while upload. Any error code message or else if any..

After uploading JSON file under the upload button message showing 'encounter error while upload.....' in red colour

Any responce from GST support.

We are still facing same problem,

While uploadiing "Refund - Statemnet 3upload"

Errors encountered while uploading the file

We tried all the browsers, but no luck.

For Feb, Mar, Apr Refund applicaiton s are pending.

Problem solved. Solution use Opera Browser and after creating JSON file rename as .JSO instead of .JSON and upload the Statement3

I have tried to upload statement 3, find below error received and help me how to upload.
